ConsenSys announced a partnership with StarkWare, a developer of blockchain solutions. Infura and MetaMask are integrating StarkNet so that developers and users can build and explore the Layer 2 (solutions created to help scale an application).
StarkNet is expected to help Ethereum achieve a throughput of 100,000 transactions per second.
