Armenia has launched its first satellite aboard a SpaceX rocket. Satellite photographs will be used in Armenia for border control, emergency prevention, governance, environmental protection, including climate change monitoring, as well as in urban planning, road construction, geology and other areas.
Besides, SpaceX has launched the world’s first “crypto satellite” Crypto1, designed by U.S. satellite startup Cryptosat to lay the foundations for secure cryptography related to the blockchain in space.
