This model empowers our clients to choose the deals they want to participate in, skip those that do not suit them, and offer their own deals.
It is a reasonable compromise between VC funds (which have access to the best deals and legal preferences) and the freedom to invest in preferred deals. Moreover, investing through syndicates is available even to investors with small budgets.
A syndicate is a group of investors who partner to participate in a single investment deal
As a syndicate manager, Mindrock Capital:
- Finds and offers a deal to investors, who become syndicate members
- Legally formalizes the deal as a special purpose vehicle (SPV)
- Takes over operational management
- Is responsible for finding the most favorable moment to exit the investment with the maximum return for all participants
