Pavel Cherkashin is a co-founder and managing partner at Mindrock. He is also a managing partner at GVA Capital, overseeing over $200M in assets under management. Earlier in his career, Pavel served in executive roles at Microsoft Russia, Adobe Systems and Siebel Systems. He also founded several IT companies, including Sputnik Labs, AdWatch and Actis Systems, all of which were acquired by leading global organizations. Read more
Pavel earned a BS in Computer Science and Global Ecology from Lomonosov Moscow State University and did postgraduate research in computer science at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis.

Roman Sobachevskiy is a co-founder and managing partner at Mindrock, focused on driving investments and managing the fund assets. He has closed 40 venture deals in the last three years, and also serves on the board of directors for two unicorn companies. Prior to coming to the VC business, Roman built two successful e-commerce companies and worked in IT consulting. Read more
